There are two easy ways to place an order with us. Either way, you copy your order details and email or text them to us — we reply with your secure payment link.
Front page order form — fill in your name, format, size and shipping. Copy your summary and email or text it to us.
Go to Order Form →Shop cart — browse the shop, add bark and apparel to your cart, copy your full order and email or text it to us.
Go to Shop →Select your bark format and quantity below. Add your name, email, and preferred shipping. Your order summary generates automatically as you fill it in.
Your order details appear below as you fill them in. Hit Copy All — then paste into an email or text message and send it to us. That’s it.
We review your order personally and send a secure checkout link directly to your email. Click it to enter your shipping address and complete payment safely. We typically reply same day before noon CDT, Monday through Friday.
What to look for: An email from support@thechillhawaiian.com or thechillhawaiian@proton.me with your personalized invoice and payment link. Check spam if you don’t see it — though emailing us first makes this unlikely.
Once payment is complete, your order ships same day if placed before noon CDT, Mon–Fri. Tracking confirmation is sent automatically. Ships from the United States. Shipping rates apply to domestic orders only.
