All products sold by The Chill Hawaiian are intended strictly for: natural textile dyeing, fabric coloring, leather tanning, soap making, and botanical skincare formulation only.
Our products are not intended for oral consumption, internal use, or any illegal activity. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and agree to use our products only for their stated lawful purposes. The Chill Hawaiian is not responsible for any misuse of its products.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by The Chill Hawaiian. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion without liability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
We ship from the United States. Once a package has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. The Chill Hawaiian is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries once the carrier has accepted the shipment.
Force Majeure: The Chill Hawaiian shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply chain issues, or any other event outside our direct control. In such cases we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Chill Hawaiian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
The Chill Hawaiian reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to prior chargebacks, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.
